Tight controls, excellent visuals, witty writing, and a huge roster of fighters are the most important traits for the top titles in this genre, which have all seen varying success over the franchise's long history. Updated on October 8, 2021, by Reyadh Rahaman: What fans like the best about WWE games are their freedom and intensity, to put it simply. Fans looking for the best experiences in WWE gaming will find that some games stand out above the rest. While some fans are eager to return to the crowd after COVID 19, many are still connecting to their favorite form of sports entertainment through video games. RELATED: The Best Wrestling Games Of The Decade There have been wrestling games that metaphorically took a chair shot to the head, and were down for the count and there are others that "cashed in" and found a vast amount of success. Hopefully this review helped. In recent years, WWE games have fallen from grace.
Game is not worth full retail IMO, If I were to price range this, if this review is something that you would like, $30 would be worth the price of this game brand new $25 used. So IMO, Game play is fun since they added the stamina meter, graphics are awesome, and online play is really fun (when you can get a game going). Also the graphics are amazing in this game. Let's just hope that 2K can do something with 2K16 this year. Online play is fun whenever you can actually get a match going, even though matchmaking in this game, and this is putting it lightly, is TERRIBLE. It is a fun game if you're not trying to nit pick everything about this game, the story mode however is not that great, showcase mode is alright nothing amazing there. However, the lack of CAW features and match types and the fact there are 2 versions of several different wrestlers could have been replaced by passed wrestlers or even legends. Especially the fact that the wrestlers have stamina now which makes the matches in the game more interesting than in the past.
I will say that I recently started getting back into wrestling, WWE 2K14 was awesome, WWE 2K15 is good in a lot of ways.
Not a perfect game, but most certainly a fun game! If you are a true WWE fan, don't believe the hype, this game on PS4 is good! You'll play for hours and have a blast! Now it would just be nice if Best Buy would email me my Sting Preorder Code (4 days waiting, 1 call to BB and still no code!) You're telling me 2K couldn't swap the attitude era logo for the new WWE logo? Another think that urks me is the WWE Heavyweight Title, again old logo, but what's worse is wrestlers come to the ring with it on their waste.soon as the ref gets ready to show the belt off prior to a tiltle match, all of the sudden the World Heavyweight Title and WWE title are raised and shown to the crowd.uhhhh where was the Heavyweight Title when the champ made his way down to the ring? So all in all, a good solid start out of the gate. This game is plastered with the new logo and attitude era logo everywhere. So what's not good.My biggest pet peeve is the inconsistency of the WWE brand. Some people will also complain about the elimination of several game modes and match modes, this hasn't taken away from the game being enjoyable for me. Then again, I think commentary in general for whether it be sports titles or WWE games are often far too repetitive, but what the heck.we CONSTANTLY REPLAY THESE GAMES OVER AND OVER! So what's just ok.for one, the roster is a bit small but with some upcoming DLC on the way, we'll get an expansion of some legends and current superstars who didn't make the initial cut. You literally feel like you are watching a WWE match! The sound is ok. The gameplay, while certainly slower, is by far more realistic and actually adds to the drama of the match. Graphics are a stunning! The best jump I've ever noticed from an old-gen to next-gen console. But you're not reading this to hear about what has yet to come.so let's get to it. The foundation has been laid for something special in years to come. Consider this game a reboot in the series. Don't believe the hype, this game is not as bad as everyone claims it to be.
